Painted whilst on Art residency in Skarinou, Cyprus, this quirky piece painted after visiting Aphrodites rock in Pafos, and climbing to the very (high) top of the viewing rock to watch the sunset. It felt significant in the space and rather divine - akin to being in the heavens communing with Aphrodite and darling Mary...so this piece was worked into a lovely find from a vintage store.
