I love, love, love creating these events to put wind under creative wings, helping women re-connect to their creative heart.
It's so easy for our strong minds to talk us out of making art and in my classes I give you permission (like nobody's business) so you can play, play, play with glorious quality art supplies on lovely papers, canvas and all the fun ideas I can bring to the table.
Creativity is the missing puzzle piece in peoples Joy and wellness, it is good for you whether you are good at it or not. Whether you are returning to it after a short or long, or crazy long absence...I am here to guide you into it with love and warmth. I use meditation and simple movement as entry points to loosen the day and snuggle right into art-making. This helps our anylitical mind to leave us alone for a bit whilst we have some fun.
I am a skilled and playful facilitator using gentle mindfulness techniques to have you enjoying the healing process of art with absolute ease and I really love these opportunities to put wind under your creative wings in ways that will have you dusting off the art supplies you have at home and artfully playing MORE.
