Time to return to JOY!

YESSSS Its a 6 week creative adventure with ME, as your guide. 

For those that have done my previous Play-shop this one has longer (2.5 hour) sessions and is a longerrrrr (6 week) course! 

PLUS you will receive your very own watercolour journal (for arty practice along the way) and you will get to see where I make my own JOY-filed creative magic and its a pretty inspired space to hang out. Yay!!!

Nothing could be any more FUN than this!!!

I love, love, love creating these events to put wind under creative wings, helping women re-connect to their creative heart. 

It's so easy for our brains to talk us out of making art, that's for sure, however in my classes I give you permission like nobody's business so you can play, play, play with glorious quality art supplies on lovely papers, canvas and whatever fun ideas I can bring to the table.

Creativity is the missing puzzle piece in peoples Joy and wellness, it is good for you whether you are good at it or not. Whether you are returning to it after a short, long, or crazy long absence...I am here to guide you into it with love and warmth. I use hearty meditation and simple movement as entry points to loosen the day and snuggle right into art-making. This helps our analytical mind to wander off for a snooze whilst we have some fun.

You will make something different each week that you can proudly take home, learning simple processes that are easily duplicatable and build on the previous weeks techniques, to feel a lightness and confidence in making Art.. We will be drawing, painting, and making heavenly arty stuff.

And added to the relaxing, nourishing nature of the arty bit there's the awesome group of warm playful women that these lovely escapades attract, and you will be swept up in the connections and deliciosness of this regardless of what's going on in your life...I promise, it is magic!.

Making art, for me, is one of the quickest (and most travelled paths) to joy, inner peace and an overall feeling of wellness. It has been my life's journey and a divine way to soothe the crazy's of life and I TOTALLY love guiding others down this beautiful path as well.

 I am a skilled and playful facilitator using gentle mindfulness techniques to have you enjoying the healing process of art with absolute ease and I really love these opportunities to put wind under your creative wings in ways that will have you dusting off the art supplies you have at home and artfully playing MORE.
