3. What's your Souls Jam?

Here is the short meditation and prayer to Creative awareness...If you are not used to meditating or stillness you may want to listen to this several times, before you start to settle into the idea... and you may not get any ideas or 'Souls jam' coming through at all, (ah that's totally normal too!) however it may start to show up in your day in other ways...be open to it and make note of what whacky 'Souls jam' presents itself.
